Avient is seeking a Plastics ADTS Co-op for 2026 to collaborate with local ADTS teams and rotate through multiple locations for broad exposure to Avient’s technologies. You will assist in in-house testing, mold trials, and customer facility validations, helping select engineered plastics and optimize processes.
The role involves developing testing plans, data analysis, and communicating results for new applications and product launches, with opportunities to travel to customer sites as needed.
