Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate Resident Care Companions/STNAs for all shifts at our facility in Avon Lake, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to staff.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, respectful environment.
- Ensure resident comfort and dignity at all times.
