Operate Acme Gridley multi-spindle automatic screw machines to manufacture parts to specification;
Inspect coolant, oil level and air pressure before operating the machine;
Use shop packages including manufacturing orders, bills of materials, routings, part prints, job layouts and quality alerts;
Maintain calibration status of gages and tools and manage multiple machines as required by routing;
Perform quality checks per Inspection Record and document results
