GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is recruiting a Process Technician for mold changeover and setup in our plastics manufacturing facility in Avon Lake, OH. You will manage mold changes, machine starts, and oversee quality while coordinating with maintenance and QA teams to meet customer specs.
The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years of related experience, and knowledge of molding equipment. We offer a sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule on some shifts, and comprehensive benefits.
