Polymer Solutions, a leader in vinyl resins and specialty polymers, is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator in Ohio to run PVC pilot reactors and related equipment. You will be trained across reaction, recovery, and stripping processes to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
You will mentor operators, lead the Emergency Response Team as Incident Commander, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, logs, and SOPs while maintaining high reliability of plant operations.
