Watteredge is looking for a dependable, motivated 2nd Shift Production Worker to join our Machine Shop team in Avon Lake, Ohio. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you'll support daily production by loading and unloading parts, deburring, bending, finishing, and handling materials.

- Load, unload, handle, and move parts and materials throughout the Machine Shop.
- Perform deburring, bending, grinding, polishing, and other finishing operations.
- Operate production equipment and hand tools according to work instructions, prints, and specifications.
- Produce parts within established specifications and tolerances.
- Read and follow production instructions, procedures, and basic engineering documentation.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure quality requirements are met.
- Inspect equipment before use and perform routine adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good handeye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, machinery, and noise.
