As a Lab Analyst,you'llplay a critical role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of products thatimpactcustomers around the world. In this dynamic role, no two days arethe same.
You'llwork across multiple laboratories, apply advanced testing techniques, solve real-time quality challenges, and partner closely with manufacturing and quality teams to support safe and efficient operations. In this role, you will:
Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and special samples while following laboratory procedures, ISO 9001 guidelines, and Good Documentation Practices.
Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately andin a timely mannerto support manufacturing operations and business needs.
Review and approve laboratory data,identify out-of-specification results, andassistwith investigations, troubleshooting, and corrective actions.
Operate,maintain, troubleshoot, qualify, andvalidatelaboratory instruments and test methods to ensure reliable performance.
Prepare laboratory solutions, document activities in laboratory notebooks, SAP, and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), andmaintainaccuraterecords.
Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to communicate results, support customer requests, and resolve quality-related issues.
Support the development and improvement of standard work procedures, standard operating procedures, test methods, protocols, and reports.
Train and mentor new team members on core laboratory techniques, safety practices, and quality standards.
Prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingexceptional laboratory housekeeping and safety compliance.
Promote a strong safety culture by following environmental, health, safety, and chemical hygiene requirements and disposing of chemicals responsibly.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your SuccessHigh school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalent from an accredited institution.
Ability toworkona 12-hour rotating shift schedule and willingness to work overtime as required.
Strong laboratory troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude for analytical equipment and instrumentation.
Knowledge of laboratory mathematics, measurements, units, and calculations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; willingness to learn and useadditionalbusiness systems and software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and respect for others.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments whilemaintainingattention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
