Role Overview
We are seeking a Full‑time Flooring Showroom Representative in Avon Lake, OH to help clients bring their flooring visions to life.
CompensationCompetitive salary of $60,000 – $100,000 per year plus performance incentives.

Full‑time position, Monday through Friday, 10 am – 6 pm.
ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients in the showroom, guide them through flooring and tile options based on their vision and needs, create detailed project proposals, and coordinate with a Project Manager to ensure smooth scheduling and execution.
Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in the tile and flooring industry
- Hard‑working, people‑oriented, self‑motivated, and thrives in a client‑Facing environment.
