The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the clean‑up and preparation for transportation of hazardous and non‑hazardous waste. Field Service Technician I is expected to perform various tasks, including loading and unloading tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, completing inspection of equipment, hoses and connections, and performing confined‑space entry.

• Safely operate equipment including, but not limited to, pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures, OSHA requirements, and all local, state, and federal laws.
• Handle, package and transport hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
• Remove materials from tanks, pits, or trenches with hand tools for industrial and environmental cleanup.
• Work in confined spaces above or below ground and on or under equipment.
• Daily work in confined‑space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools, hand tools, and/or other tools as needed.
• Maintain a neat and clean working environment.
• Act as a professional representative of Reworld while acting autonomously at a customer site.
• Comply with OSHA Health and Safety Rules and complete required training provided by Reworld.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reworld offers GED Works, a fully funded program for employees, to help employees achieve their GED.
• Ability to travel 10–25% of the time, including overnight travel.

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, and climb.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Ability to work from heights and in confined spaces.
• Qualify to wear a full‑face respirator.
• Consistently work in various weather conditions.

The range below reflects Reworld's reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable).

Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $39,200.00 - $52,100.00 USD. For hourly roles, this is the annualized salary. To calculate the hourly rate, divide by 2,080.
