Packer – Warehouse

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-literate Warehouse Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for barcode scanning, inventory verification, and preparing items for shipment. This role involves ensuring quality checks and performing accurate counts to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Verify product quantities based on computer-generated information.
• Perform manual counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packing and labeling.
• Conduct quality checks and verifications to meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management software.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and verifying inventory.
• Ability to lift and move items as required (weight limit to be specified).
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred

Skills:

• Familiarity with shipping procedures and quality control processes.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and barcode scanning equipment.

Work Environment:

• This role requires standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks in a warehouse setting.
