As an Incontestable Claims Examiner, you will assist in the processing of incontestable life insurance claims by gathering documentation, verifying information, and providing service to beneficiaries and internal teams. You'll work under direct supervision and follow established procedures to ensure timely and accurate claims handling.
In this role, you will support the claims process by reviewing and organizing incoming documentation, verifying claim details in internal systems, and communicating with beneficiaries to request any missing or incomplete forms. You will provide status updates to claimants and internal stakeholders, follow established workflows, and ensure that records are accurately entered and maintained in the claims management system. You will also escalate any unclear or complex cases to senior team members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support team efficiency.
You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following clearly defined procedures. You communicate effectively, both in writing and over the phone, and are able to manage sensitive interactions with professionalism and care. With basic computer skills and a willingness to learn, you thrive in a structured environment where you can contribute to a team and build foundational knowledge in insurance claims processing.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks with accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with beneficiaries during sensitive situations
- Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines under supervision
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel) and other internal systems
- Dependability and consistency in handling repetitive or routine tasks
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Exposure to claims processing systems (e.g., LSP, Phoenix, Fineos, Accurint, and Microsoft Office applications)
- Familiarity with using AI-enhanced tools or features to support routine tasks
Salary Range: $40,000-$52,500

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
