* position providing support to the Dean, Health Sciences with teaching responsibilities. Teaching assignments may bein Highlands, Hardee, or DeSoto counties. Position will be responsible for assisting with the College's Rural Health Transformation Program grant. South Florida State College Rural Care Connect:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates faculty and subject matter experts involved in curriculum development, revision, and implementation.
• Supports development of instructional materials, laboratory activities, and competency-based learning experiences.
• Monitors grant expenditures and budget allocations in collaboration with appropriate college personnel.
• Assists in maintaining fiscal accountability and ensuring expenditures align with approved grant objectives.
• Reviews equipment, supply, and contractual purchases for grant compliance.
• Responsible for coordinating the grant requirements, deliverables, timelines, and reporting deadlines.
• Maintains documentation required for federal, state, and institutional audits and monitoring.
• Tracks grant performance measures and outcomes to ensure achievement of approved objectives and benchmarks.
• Coordinates collection, analysis, and submissions of required grant data and reports.
• Serves as liaison between the College and healthcare, educational, workforce, and community partners participating in the grant.
• Coordinates partner meetings, advisory groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships that support student recruitment, clinical placement, and workforce development goals.
• Supervises clinical rotations, as needed, with health care partners.
• Advises students participating in the workforce programs and monitors their achievement of milestones to ensure all objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
• Implements workshops and recruitment efforts for student enrollment with partners and other stakeholders for programs.
• Teaches courses in the Health Sciences Education programs as required. (Teaching assignments must exceed 264 hours per year to be eligible for overload pay.
• Responsible for coordinating, documenting, and implementing all unit action planning, outcomes assessment, and institutional effectiveness efforts within the scope of administrative supervision.
• Monitors and promotes progress toward meeting the college's goals and objectives.
• Acts in accordance with college policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Educational:Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing from an institutionally accredited organization required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experiential:Demonstrated experience in program development, healthcare education, project coordination, or grant management preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is required.

Other:Must exhibit professional appearance and demeanor with students, faculty and staff.
