As a Tire & Service Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals while providing customers with the best tire and auto services in the industry. • Receive and deliver customer requests, both by phone and in person, ensuring satisfaction every time.
• Understand customer needs and clearly communicate service options, pricing, and estimated times.
• Help manage the daily schedule, keeping things organized and running smoothly.
• Build trust and rapport with customers to make them feel at ease and valued.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed location goals.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior sales experience in tire and auto service (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
