Your Role:

As a Financial Accountant, you’ll help keep our financial operations accurate, organized, and insight-driven. You’ll be responsible for producing reliable financial reporting, supporting forecasting efforts, and ensuring compliance across accounting functions. From month-end close to trend analysis, your work will help guide smart, strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including transaction entries, account reconciliations, and audit support

Generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments

Create financial reports and analyses, including variance analysis and budget-to-actual comparisons

Forecast costs and revenues and analyze trends to inform strategic decision‑making

Manage tax filings and payments and support internal audit activities

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, able to explain financial and technical information to non-financial stakeholders
• Proficient in basic and intermediate math, including fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages
• Capable of following instructions and applying common sense to practical situations
• Skilled at analyzing complex problems and identifying effective solutions
• Able to learn, retain, and apply knowledge to new situations for problem-solving and decision‑making

Pay Rate: $30-34/hour

Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday
