Affordable Health insurance – We cover 90% of an individual employee’s health insurance premium, and 60% of any family plan. Employees who elect our high deductible health insurance receive $100 per month directly to their HSA spending account. Those employees who have insurance coverage elsewhere will receive a $250 monthly stipend to help with that cost.

Automatic Life Insurance – Every employee will be given $10,000 of life insurance coverage at no cost, spouses will be covered at $5,000 and children at $1,000.

Paid Time Off – Our accrual begins at 14 days per year, and increases by 5 days for every 3 years worked with us. Maximum PTO is 30 days per year. We also offer 7 paid holidays per year, in addition to our PTO plan.
Job Function/PurposePerform additional tasks as required by the operating needs of the Project Manager and/or Superintendent.
SupervisionOccasionally will supervise an Assistant Estimator or Estimator, depending on the project.
