Marriott International is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences within our Hospitality & Travel team. You will be the first point of contact for spa guests-welcoming them, managing reservations, explaining services, and coordinating with therapists to ensure seamless service. Responsibilities include maintaining a calming environment, promoting spa offerings and packages, processing payments, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in/out spa guests, providing a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression
- Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments while balancing therapist availability and room utilization
- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, facilities, therapists, and amenities to help guests choose services
- Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries, offering timely, accurate, and courteous responses
- Process payments, post charges to guest rooms, and maintain accurate financial and booking records
- Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments, packages, and retail products in a service-focused manner
- Coordinate with therapists, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure smooth daily spa operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the spa reception, lounge, and related areas
- Support inventory tracking and merchandising of spa retail products
- Follow Marriott and spa policies on safety, sanitation, guest privacy, and cash-handling procedures
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures for the spa
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive culture consistent with Marriott's values and guest service standards
