The C.L.U.B. Instructor is responsible for delivering and supporting the boys program. The position works with middle school boys in the Vail Valley to empower young men mentally, emotionally, and physically to promote school and community engagement ensuring each boy reaches his full potential. This position will also include career exploration activities; the instructor will support with reflection questions. This position seeks someone who detail is oriented, organized, enthusiastic, innovative, and excellent t be able to relate well to middle school boys.

Specific Responsibilities Qualifications & Experience Benefits & Compensation
* MUST BE AVAILABLE:
Monday at Homestake Peak Middle School, 3:00 - 5:00 PM (September
- April).
* Review and prepare for lessons.
* Deliver lessons.
* Assist with Special Events and or field trips.
* Provide Program Manager with feedback and program needs.
* Build a strong relationship with students, families, and Youth Power Staff.
* Be able to attend all assigned sessions.
* Communicate concerns or scheduling issues to the program manager promptly.
* Assist Youth Power with family communication: phone calls, emails, etc.
* Work alongside After school Explorers (GirlPowHER) instructor for any events or our outings that are collaborated.
A successful candidate should possess:
* Preferred experience working with middle and/or high school youth.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to deliver curriculum to middle boys.
* Knowledge and experience in gender specific teaching.
* Experience working with youth.
* Exceptional relationship and problem-solving skills.
This is an hourly, part-time October-April position.
* $25.00-$36.00 per hour based on experience.
* Accrue sick time leave at a rate of one (1) hour for every thirty (30) hours worked.
