Step into a pivotal role at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as a Loss Prevention Officer -where your commitment to safety, service, and professionalism becomes part of what makes our property exceptional. In this role, you’ll safeguard the resort, Westin Mountain Villas, our colleagues, guests, owners, and valuable assets, all while fostering a warm, reassuring presence that elevates every guest’s stay.

Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and property by adhering to all company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct garage parking audits and provide helpful assistance with parking needs, lost and found inquiries, and efficient package handling.
• Keep loading dock and drop-off areas organized, efficient, and visually polished to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to exceed guest expectations, support special initiatives, and contribute to seamless resort operations.
• Complete all responsibilities with accuracy, urgency, and care—helping ensure a resort experience that feels safe, supportive, and truly memorable for all.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24/ hour

Schedule: 5 days per week with occasional weekends

Our ideal candidate is at least 21 years of age and is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bring previous guest service experience and, ideally, some background in loss prevention. They are physically capable of lifting and maneuvering objects up to 150 lbs and have strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly.
