• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Assist housekeeping staff with the removal of dirty linens and trash.
• Distribute laundry to housekeeping closets.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver items as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all company safety and security procedures.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm. Must be able to work weekends and holiday

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. The role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Candidates should have knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment.

The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment is essential. Availability for early morning (AM) shifts, weekends, and holidays is required, along with strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team‑oriented attitude.
