Elevate the guest experience at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa! We’re looking for a Concierge who thrives on delivering world-class service and sharing expert local knowledge. As a key point of contact, you’ll be the warm welcome that sets the tone for an unforgettable stay—handling everything from pre-arrival arrangements and reservations to personalized recommendations and seamless departures. Attention to detail, exceptional communication, and a passion for hospitality are a must.

• Deliver exceptional concierge service by answering guest questions and creating personalized itineraries, recommendations, and memorable experiences.
• Provide pre-arrival trip planning and concierge assistance, coordinating restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and other guest arrangements.
• Build and maintain expert knowledge of local dining, shopping, attractions, recreation, and transportation while cultivating strong relationships with local partners.
• Collaborate closely with the concierge, Food & Beverage, and hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and clear communication across departments.
• Accurately document guest arrangements in ALICE, maintain confidential guest information, and consistently provide service that exceeds guest expectations.
