As a Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor at Charter Steakhouse, you lead the execution of memorable events—from elegant weddings to group functions—while also playing a key role in the day‑to‑day restaurant operation. You’ll shift seamlessly between orchestrating banquets and supporting restaurant service, leading teams, collaborating across departments, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects exceptional hospitality.

• Lead execution of all banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown, serving as on‑site operational lead to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
• Review BEOs and coordinate event logistics including staffing, timelines, vendor coordination, and service flow
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, direct teams during events, and manage real‑time problem solving and adjustments
• Build schedules, train, coach, and supervise banquet staff while monitoring labor and supporting financial targets
• Track post‑event financials and billable items, support payroll/admin reporting, and identify upsell and revenue opportunities
