Falcon Pointhas an immediate opportunity for a Front Desk Agent who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

This is a hands‑on guest service role where every day brings something different. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with guests and homeowners, use your judgment to solve problems, and work alongside a team that depends on you to keep the guest experience running smoothly. • Welcome guests and homeowners, handle check-ins and check-outs, and serve as a reliable point of contact throughout their stay
• Manage reservations, guest records, room information, and other front office tasks using the property management system
• Listen to guest needs, answer questions, resolve issues when possible, and follow through to make sure problems don’t get dropped
• Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate requests and keep things moving
• Share helpful recommendations about Avon, Beaver Creek, and the Vail Valley, from restaurants and activities to transportation and local amenities
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized while balancing guest needs, phone calls, reservations, and the other details that come with a busy front office

Falcon Point offers a laid-back mountain setting in the heart of Avon, with Nottingham Park and Lake just outside your door. Employees receive complimentary onsite parking and easy access to the Riverfront Express Gondola for convenient access to Beaver Creek Resort. Depending on hire date and eligibility, employees may also participate in our Winter Wellness Incentive, with the option of an Epic Merchant Pass or an end-of-season bonus.

Pay Rate
: $24/hour (commission potential through concierge program), hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days from start

Schedule
: 5 shifts in a 40 hour workweek. Days, nights and weekends are possible.

The ideal candidate for this role is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bring a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software.

Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members;
Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
