We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineering Technician to join our year‑round team, keeping homes and properties comfortable, safe, and operating smoothly. • Maintain homes and association properties throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests through ALICE
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems
• Complete general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventative maintenance
• Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep properties operating at their best

• Work steps from the mountain in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village.
• Drive your own vehicle to work and receive $0.72/mile mileage reimbursement—you won’t have to park at the bottom and take the bus.

• At least 18 with a mechanically inclined mindset with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Experience with several of the following: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
• A professional, trustworthy, and dependable approach with a strong customer service mindset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date.
• A valid Colorado driver’s license.
