• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and key financial performance metrics.
• Lead all construction accounting functions, including job costing, work‑in‑progress (WIP) reporting, project billings, retainage, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with project managers to analyze project profitability, monitor costs, and identify financial risks and opportunities.

• Can work independently and hit the ground running.
• Cost Accounting experience.
• Bachelors in accounting or related field.
• Willingness to learn.

Pay range: $130,000-$160,000
