Customer Service Representative
Location:
Avon, CT
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for health care members, providers, pharmacies, and other insurance carriers.
- Assist with claim and prescription‑related issues via phone and email.
- Clearly explain benefits and resolve inquiries with patience and care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all member interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable navigating internal databases and web‑based platforms.
Hours:
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Pay: $19.00 per hour.
