Location: Avon, CT
Pay: $19.00/hour, paid weekly
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00AM – 6:00PM or 11:00AM – 7:00PM;

- Serve as primary point of contact for Medicare members, providers, pharmacies, and insurance carriers
- Assist with claim and prescription-related issues via phone and email
- Explain benefits clearly and resolve inquiries with patience and care
- Document all member interactions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve complex cases
- Follow up consistently to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and complete all required training
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or insurance environment (must have)
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Part D, and general insurance terminology (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities
- Multi‑tasking, focus, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Comfort navigating internal databases and web-based platforms
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism
