- Hourly Pay: $25-26/hour based on experience + monthly incentive bonuses

- Digital X-rays and paperless charting (Eaglesoft & Dentrix)
- Multi-specialty services:
General, cosmetic, restorative, endodontic, and periodontal care
- Tuesday - 7:30am-5pm
- Thursday - 7:30am-6pm
- Create a warm and comfortable experience for patients
- Assist with a variety of dental procedures including general and specialty care
- Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
- Capture diagnostic-quality digital X-rays
- Support the doctor with procedures including suctioning, instrument passing, tray setup, and patient communication
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment instructions
- Track and order inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the operatories
- Accurately chart in Eaglesoft/Dentrix and support front-office coordination as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program (preferred)
- DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and current CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
