TPO Go is seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter to join our Underwriting Team in Avon, Connecticut. You will be responsible for reviewing complex residential mortgage loan applications in a high-volume environment, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
The ideal candidate will have five years of underwriting experience in Residential Lending, strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and USDA Renovation loans, and be proficient in Encompass LOS. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
