Building Blocks Therapy, an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the greater Cleveland area, is seeking passionate ABA Therapists to join our team. We focus on trauma-informed care and play-based, natural environment ABA across our four center locations in Avon, Highland Heights, Solon, and Akron, Ohio.

Duties:
- Work 1:1 or 1:2 with children aged 18 months to 12 years
- Implement ABA practices and behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with team members and other providers
- Maintain client materials
Compensation: $20-$25/hour, full-time (35 hours/week), 9:00-3:30 schedule.
Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience with children, and openness to feedback. On-the-job training provided.
