Overview
Job Description:
Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders primarily in a clinic-based setting with opportunities for generalization in homes and community settings. Provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians. Provide and facilitate family support and training. Supervises RBT and BTs. Case review. Documentation of supervision sessions. Conducts FBAs and creates BIPs.
- Provide direct behavior-analytic treatment and supervision to clients with ASD and related neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Supervise a team of behavior technicians, including RBTs and BTs.
- Provide and facilitate family support and training.
- Conduct case reviews and document supervision sessions.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Current certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a board-certified behavior analyst in good standing.
- Full-time: 35-40 hours per week.
- Hourly rate: $80.00 per hour.
