This is a full-time, on-site role located in Avon, CT. The Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and manage staff while maintaining the highest quality of care. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, personnel supervision, and fostering a supportive work environment. The Administrator will also interact with residents, families, and community leaders to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.

• Proficiency in organizational and operational management, including staff supervision and strategic planning
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource management
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Familiarity with long-term care or healthcare facility management; experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s preferred)
• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Connecticut (or ability to obtain one)
