What You'll Be Doing (Your Role):
You will be assisting clients with daily activities to help them remain independent and comfortable in their homes. This includes:
Providing personal care assistance. Assisting with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises. Handling meal planning, preparation, and feeding. Managing necessary household needs. Offering companionship and respite services for the family.
What We Offer (Compensation):
Short Shifts (2-3 hours):
An Additional $1 per hour. All Other
Shifts:
Regular pay rate. Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Requirements):
We seek committed individuals with a passion for serving and helping others live their best lives possible.
Required:
A minimum two years of documented experience with seniors. Reliable transportation. Must pass a drug test and background check. TB test copy is required Preferred/Bonus: CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification (required certification or proof of professional training is a plus). Driver's license with insured and reliable automobile. Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities. Experience with Dementia/Hospice, including end-of-life care (not necessary, but nice to have).
