Your Role, Your Impact- Champion hospitality‑driven experiences across all programs and stores, ensuring guests are at the center of decision making.
- Foster a culture of innovation, hospitality, operational excellence, continuous improvement, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and succession planning within culinary and operational leadership roles.
- Manage and own budgets, category financials, and P&L performance for all departments with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive top and bottom‑line revenue improvement.
- Oversee all retail operations, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and organizational objectives.
- Shape the customer experience strategy to build brand loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Lead strategic planning and execution for new store openings, acquisitions, and remodel projects.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics to inform decision‑making and strategy development.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) adjusting strategy as needed to achieve success.
- Demonstrated success leading multi‑unit operations, scaling programs, and driving hospitality centered experiences.
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross functionally, and drive large‑scale business initiatives.
- Customer‑centric approach to retail strategy and execution
- Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of Retail and Enterprise‑wide business partners.
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning and managing P&L, cost controls, and category performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership presence.
Pay Range $ - $
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
