LCB Senior Living is hiring an Executive Director for The Residence Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management of the residence, ensuring high‑quality care and service in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role includes hiring, evaluating, supervising staff, managing budget and occupancy, representing the residence to the community, and fostering a culture of quality and customer satisfaction.

Skills:
Proficient with office software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentation software). - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Manage multiple priorities, build cohesive teams, oversee operations, make daily business decisions, handle emergency situations calmly, communicate effectively in English verbally and written.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience in human services, housing or nursing home management.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of age, administrative and supervisory management experience.
- Certificates/ Licenses: Required state/federal licenses (e.g., Assisted Living Administrators License, CPR, First Aid). Valid driver’s license.
