Colleague Health Manager

As a Colleague Health Manager at Hartford Healthcare, you will lead colleague health services across our network, promoting safety, wellness, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees occupational health programs, vaccination and screening initiatives, work-related injury management, and return-to-work processes. You will collaborate with leadership, infection prevention, and HR to design evidence-based health policies, analyze trends, and implement preventive strategies. You will mentor clinical staff, champion a culture of well-being, and ensure our colleagues receive exceptional, confidential care.
