Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. With 120 beds and a 30-bed post-acute/rehab unit, our facility is highly regarded in the community. We are looking for caring personnel to provide leadership and drive the quality care we are known for to our residents.

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Employment Type: Part‑time – 24 hours per week, including every other weekend (7–3 shift)

• $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
• $1.00 weekend differential
• Pickup shift bonuses (additional $1.00 per hour for pick‑up shifts)
