Starting Pay:
Competitive rates starting at $20 per hour, based on experience.

• Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends
• Additional Shifts Differential:
  Extra $5.00 per hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours

• 16 hour 7am-3pm
• 32, 24, 16 hour 3pm-11pm
• 24 hour 11pm-7am
• Per Diem

• Assist residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed.
• Document personal care given according to facility policies.
• Provide nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measuring and recording temperature, weight, pulse and respiration.
• Observe and report to supervisor changes in residents’ condition, including any skin breakdowns; report immediately all accidents or injuries.
• Record all necessary charting entries, answer all call lights regardless of assignment, and respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow‑through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

Per diem staff are expected to fulfill two weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements.
