Apply Now## Compensation & Schedule
* Charge Nurse on weekdays. Supervisor responsibilities on scheduled weekends.
* * Position includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
** 32 hours per week (3pm – 11pm, full time)* $38.00 – $45.00/hour as RN Charge Nurse (DOE)* $43.00 – $50.00/hour as Supervisor (DOE)* $2.50 Shift Differential* $1.50 Weekend Differential
* Additional $6.25 – $9.37/hour for picked-up shifts* $5,000 Sign-On Bonus##

Job Responsibilities
* Administer medications according to physician orders and facility procedures
* Provide and oversee nursing care, treatments, dressings and other physician-directed services
* Maintain current resident care plans and ensure quality resident outcomes
* Review patient records daily to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Document comprehensive nursing notes and resident information
* Monitor residents requiring special attention and maintain awareness of alert lists
* Initiate emergency procedures when necessary
* Supervise nursing assistants and other assigned staff
* Serve as Charge Nurse during weekday shifts and Nursing Supervisor on scheduled weekends
* Perform additional duties as assigned by Nursing Leadership and Administration## Qualifications/Required License
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut
* Long-term care experience strongly preferred
* Leadership and supervisory experience preferred
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Must successfully complete background check and fingerprinting requirements## Benefits Offered
