We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Pediatric LPNs to join our team in Hartford.
If you have strong clinical experience and a passion for pediatric care, this is an opportunity to work one‑on‑one with patients while maintaining flexibility and professional support.
Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.

- Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Pediatric home health experience strongly preferred
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Current BLS certification (Pediatric BLS preferred)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within five years if previously positive
