Our Client is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the quality system, coordinate project activities, and help ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on maintaining compliance, improving processes, and supporting internal and external quality initiatives.
Responsibilities- Maintain and improve the quality system through audits, corrective actions, and procedure compliance.
- Prepare quality plans, inspection procedures, sampling plans, and product documentation, including PPAP, validation, MSA, and related submissions.
- Review prints and design requirements for tolerances, GD&T, capability, and manufacturability.
- Support process studies, gage R&R, DOE, capability analysis, and nonconformance resolution.
- Assist with customer visits, supplier/site audits, complaint handling, and statistical analysis.
- Experience in quality engineering, metrology, and GD&T.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Strong skills in applied statistics, MSA, reliability, and project coordination.
- Proficiency with quality-related software, databases, SPC tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, with quality experience in manufacturing environments.
