Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on sporting goods based on customer inquiries. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing assistance or directing inquiries as needed.

Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service. Keep track of inventory levels and assist in stock management to ensure product availability. Work with our team to deliver custom uniforms and equipment to our customers. Skills Strong sales skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Proficient in cash register operations and handling financial transactions accurately. Knowledge of phone etiquette to manage customer inquiries professionally. Exceptional customer service skills to address customer needs promptly and effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory counts. Experience in retail sales, particularly within the sporting goods industry, is preferred but not required. Ability to stock shelves efficiently and maintain an organized store environment.
