Membership & Wellness Advisor

Position: Membership Growth & Wellness Advisor
Membership Sales Associate Drive membership growth while helping individuals improve their health and wellness through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed membership sales quotas

Generate leads through community outreach and networking

Conduct tours, present membership options, and close sales

Build rapport and foster long-term member retention

Follow up with prospects and handle customer service concerns

Collaborate with team members to achieve center goals

Qualifications:

Proven retail or sales experience with goal achievement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with results-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sports Management, Business, Marketing)
Fitness industry experience preferred

QUALIFICATION SA Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or the equivalent, required. Previous experience within the fitness, health and wellness industry preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
