What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections

  • Track job costs, monitor project expenses, and coordinate vendor payments
  • Assist with payroll processing, time tracking, and compliance documentation
  • Oversee daily office operations, file management, and administrative coordination

What you bring:

  • Experience in office management with a strong emphasis on accounting (construction experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting fundamentals
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books or similar) and Microsoft Office
