• Review and prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Manage tax engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage a book of business and oversee engagement profitability.
• Stay current on tax regulations and industry developments.

• CPA designation required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience reviewing returns and managing engagements.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or staff mentoring experience.
