    • Coordinate, schedule, track, and document district-required inspections, including facility equipment, lifts, rigging, bleachers, basketball goals, elevators, gas pressure/leaks, playgrounds, ladders, and other regulated equipment.
    • Maintain accurate inspection records, compliance documentation, and safety files within SharePoint.
    • Receive inspection reports, initiate repair coordination, and ensure completion of corrective actions.
    • Maintain district Fire Safety Books and fire inspection documentation.
  • Coordinate, schedule, track, and document district-required inspections, including facility equipment, lifts, rigging, bleachers, basketball goals, elevators, gas pressure/leaks, playgrounds, ladders, and other regulated equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records, compliance documentation, and safety files within SharePoint.
  • Receive inspection reports, initiate repair coordination, and ensure completion of corrective actions.

  • Custodial & Operational Support
    • Coordinate custodial temporary staffing needs with external vendors; create weekly assignment schedules and maintain substitute hour logs.
    • Assist Head Custodians and Maintenance staff with documentation, requests, and communication.
    • Track and coordinate equipment and facility repair needs, including quotes and scheduling.
