  • Acquire and maintain student data to the highest degree of confidentiality.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the administration, counselors, and faculty with the school community.
  • Responsible for organizing files, developing spreadsheets, faxing reports, and scanning documents, maintaining front desk and reception area in neat and organized fashion.
  • Answer phones, take messages and screen/direct calls to the appropriate guidance office staff.

Primary Job Functions

The School Registrar plays a vital role in the administration and management of the school, particularly in maintaining student records and ensuring compliance with various educational regulations.

Salary Lane

Hourly pay starting at $20.00.

Full‑Time – 40 Hours per Week

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:45am - 4:15pm
