The Training Coordinator is responsible for improving employee productivity in accordance with established SOPs. The primary duty is to perform a variety of training activities in functional areas including facilitation, MHE Driver Certification, training tracker maintenance, training organization and scheduling, training new trainers, and assisting across all departments. The role requires training and administrative experience and a basic understanding of adult education best practices.
EssentialFunctions of Job
- Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various functional skill areas
- Maintains knowledge of new training methods, techniques, and requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve
- Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
- Facilitates applicable portions of New Hire Orientation
- Maintains records of successful completion of training
- Assists in creating an annual Training Calendar
- Leads MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings
- Evaluates performance of current trainers
- Conducts training audits to evaluate training efficacy
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Willingness to operate MHE and become MHE certified
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment
- Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments
- Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate MHE
- 1 year of applicable training experience
The starting base pay is $24.70 – $26.45/hr certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles, relevant qualifications and experience, and other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
