The Training Coordinator is responsible for helping to improve the productivity of the organization's employees in accordance with established SOPs. The primary duty of the Training Coordinator is to perform a wide variety of training activities in various functional areas that may consist of facilitation, MHE Driver Certification, maintaining various training trackers, training organization and scheduling, training new trainers, and assisting in path as needed across all departments in the operation.

This position requires training and administrative experience with a basic understanding of adult education best practices.

• Plans, organizes, and effectively conducts employee training on various functional skill areas
• Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry
• Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes that training could improve
• Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions
• Facilitate applicable portions of New Hire Orientation
• Maintains records of successful completion of training
• Assist in creating an annual Training Calendar
• Lead MHE training and recertification, as well as other safety trainings
• Evaluate performance of current trainers
• Conduct training audits to evaluate training efficacy
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to operate basic office and audiovisual equipment

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and/or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate MHE

• 1 year of applicable training experience

The starting base pay is $24.70 – $26.45/hr certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay.

The target hourly pay for this position is $24.70–$26.45. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including starting wages competitive to the market for similar roles; relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non‑discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
