What starts with YOU, moves the world! Hyster‑Yale Materials Handling, Inc., a world‑class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, seeks an exceptional Parts  based in Avon, Indiana.

The position provides critical informational support to Americas dealers, customers, and internal Hyster‑Yale interests, including parts identification and field modifications. It communicates corrections and additions of data to the technical publications group through feedback requests via Contact Management, contributing directly to the sale of units, aftermarket parts and accessories.

Core responsibilities include responding to roughly 2,600 information‑request tickets each month, researching complex data from historical truck records, parts and service bulletins, technical publications, engineering and manufacturing bills of material, engineering drawings, and truck sales databases (US and Europe). The role requires clear and timely communication with dealers and customers to resolve truck‑down situations and support sales.

• Provide parts identification to dealers and customers through thorough research.
• Supply bills of material and technical information to facilitate dealer installation of field modifications.
• Maintain technical publications libraries and online files of parts, service, and engineering documents for research purposes.
• Submit correctional feedback to technical publications centers.

• B.S. or technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience as noted below.
• 4–6 years of relevant discipline or education as specified.

• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Technical knowledge of parts, engineering, drawing, and specification proficiency.
• Research and analytical skills.
• Industrial knowledge, including general fork truck, heavy farm machinery, or automotive systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic, electrical, and fuel systems.
