This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Banker I located in Avon, IN. The Person al Banker will support customers by helping them achieve their financial goals, including providing guidance on financial products and services. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with transactions, opening new accounts, promoting deposits, and identifying opportunities to enhance customers’ banking experiences. The role also prioritizes exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting client relationships.

• Experience in Personal Banking, including providing financial advice to clients
• Familiarity with handling Deposits and Opening New Accounts efficiently and securely
• Background in Finance and understanding of banking products and services
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and financial software proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus
